Phased EES checks for non-EU passengers

The European Entry/Exit System (EES) will be gradually introduced from 3 November 2025. If you are a non-EU passenger arriving at Amsterdam Airport Schiphol, you may be selected for a brief biometric registration to enter the Schengen Area. Registration takes place in limited areas and outside peak times. If selected, please follow airport signs and staff instructions. For more information, go to Schiphol's website.
